		<description>very interesting observations.  I&#039;ve noticed recently too how it&#039;s not the material we learn in university/college, but its the skills we learn that help us with our futures careers.  Anyone can do any job and most of us will never use the education we learned from school, but it&#039;s the skills (such as being able to focus, don&#039;t give up, try different approaches to the same problem, etc) that are most important.  I believe school tells our employer that we are capable of learning.</description>
