I’ve got to be honest. I didn’t finish week 3. School kept me busy, and I just didn’t commit. I only did 1 of the 3 workouts required for each of the challenges. That’s ok though, today starts a new week. Go WEEK 4!
I know you guys haven’t given up on me yet, right? We’re more than half way now, so you might as well stick it out. Who knows, you might just surprise yourself.
