		<description>Phew! Took the initial test, and it&#039;s not looking good! Can&#039;t even do one standard push-up (that&#039;s why one of my friends calls me &quot;Noodle Arms&quot;), so I&#039;ll be doing the &quot;alternative&quot; push-ups to start. Got 50 crunches out of myself, though, so I suppose all is not lost. My abs and arms are the things that are most out of shape, so this is a good challenge for me!</description>
