I’d just like to add that several of these teams are not the college’s official cheerleaders- they’re the dance teams. They may have pom poms and be at the games, but that does not make them cheerleaders, therefore they do not belong on a list of hottest cheerleading squads.

As much as I LOVE chocolate, I can’t agree that it helps a cough. I had to avoid chocolate when I had a bad cough last week. Thank goodness it’s gone now and I can resume my normal level of chocolate consumption!

assemble for a common purpose irrespective of caste, creed, and
religion, management principles come into play through the management
of resources, finance and planning, priorities, policies and practice.
Management is a systematic way of carrying out activities in any field
of human effort. Management need to focus more on leadership skills,
e.g., establishing vision and goals, communicating the vision and
goals, and guiding others to accomplish them. It also assert that
leadership must be more facilitative, participative and empowering in
how visions and goals are established and carried out. Some people
assert that this really isn’t a change in the management functions,
rather it’s re-emphasizing certain aspects of management.

This one always chaps my hide, “Affirmative action…was used to offset hundreds of years of racial oppression.” Gee, that sounds real “fair”. Let’s punish the current population of people from a particular group because some other people, from the PAST and from that same group took advantage of the other people from a different group, from the PAST. What a load of crap! Real affirmative action would be to ensure that there is a LEVEL playing field with the SAME opportunities for ALL. But that’s just not how some people in our culture think. Some people feel that they have the right to punish other people for things they didn’t do. Having scholarships that are based upon race, gender, etc., while it does irritate me, is completely okay with me. Why? Because the people that are offering the funds have the FREEDOM to give their money to whomever they chose. That freedom also includes scholarships that could be only for Caucasian, males, who are straight, that lived on the north side of a river. But in our politically correct, aka BS, society, we are taught from birth that we should punish those who have done nothing wrong.
In my own opinion, I would rather just see scholarships for those that EARN them! Based upon MERIT and GRADES and not because of the color of your skin or your gender, etc. But that would violate that freedom I mentioned early of the scholarship provider(s).
No special treatment for anybody, the same treatment for everybody. Diversity….more like division.
