The link didn't work!!
Man, I hope you didn't give up.

P.S.
From experience the best way to get a six pack is from running... a lot. You already have a six pack, it is just covered with fat. Burn calories to remove the fat a reveal that toned stomach you are looking for.
Also it is necessary to burn more calories than you consume. Even if on the healthiest diet, you have to watch calorie consumption closely.

That is my current goal too. But I think I'm not making a progress at all. My belly still big but I'm working everyday on it. But I sleep very late at night and I already don't hope for fast results. But my family noticed by arms getting huge and I'm inspired that 'twas visibly working.

I love the idea of a 120 day challenge and how you are recording your progress by journaling, etc.

I set a challenge to increase my fitness levels about a month ago (I've been doing intense exercise 5 days a week). I did some initial fitness tests to get some baseline data, but I didn't even think to take photos and journal about it! Great idea!

Thanks for the inspiring post and good luck :)
