Sad/funny as it sounds I simply keep a page I printed out with all the ivies & Oxford logo on my wall as i want to go to one of those for postgrad. while i can only dream of getting int somewhere like that it keeps me motivated to work as its near my workspace and its also in a position where its the first thing i see in the morning which gets me in a good working mindset
