Is it just me or did half of summer go by, and still we haven’t had any life changing experiences? What’s going on? I thought they automatically happen during summer, you just have to be there. It seem’s like I’m always ‘there’ and yet nothing…
So I decided to take matters into my own hands, and with this attached list you can too. I call this the list of social productivity. Do as many of these as you can, and I’m sure the second half of summer will be very eventful, to say the least.
Here it is. My List of Social Productivity
- Take a moonlight walk
- Attend a planetarium, museum, aquarium, or art gallery
- See a movie, play, concert, ballet, circus, or sporting event
- Take a drive to a place you’ve never been before
- Attend an auction, bazaar, or estate sale
- visit an old bookstore or library
- attend a city council meeting
- take a dance lesson, or two
- write a letter to someone you haven’t seen or heard from in a while
- learn a new craft, skill, or hobby
- use a new recipe
- play charades or board games
- plan a debate of a world event or problem
- have a bbq
- make and fly kites
- hike or backpack a nature trail
- visit a park and feed the ducks
- become an amateur photographer
- write a message in the sand
- play tennis, soccer, golf, or another outdoor sport
- target shoot, gun or bow and arrow
- have a water fight, water guns and balloons
- climb a tree
- have a video competition
- have a cooking competition
- have any other kind of competition
With these and a couple of other great ideas I’m sure these will spark, there is no good reason to not have an amazing eventful summer! Ciao!
